How it works

2. Buyer agreement: before touring, you and Jill sign a written buyer representation agreement that spells out services and compensation
3. Pre-approval: get pre-approved by a lender so your offers are taken seriously
4. Search and tour: Jill sends matching homes and schedules showings
5. Offer and negotiation: submit an offer, negotiate, and go under contract
6. Due diligence: inspections and repairs during the option period, then appraisal and financing
7. Closing: sign at the title company and get your keys
